Metro Cities: 3–6 days
Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 days
Remote Areas: 6–12 days

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier workload, or unforeseen events.

4. Tracking Information

Once the order is dispatched:

You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner

5. Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders get priority processing
Payment goes to our payment gateway and not to the courier company

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD charges may apply
Courier may call before delivery

Refusing COD orders repeatedly may lead to account restrictions.

7. Undelivered / Returned Orders

If delivery fails due to:

Phone unavailable
Customer refusal
Courier unable to contact

The order may return to us. Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deductions of:

Forward shipping cost
Return shipping cost
COD fees (if any)
